The only reason it is a 9 and not a 10 is because the live music in front on the hotel was not there during my second visit of 3 nights over a weekend. It was there during my first visit so it is fair to expect it the 2nd time as well. Regardless, I’m planning to return so hopefully the live music will be back. I’m hoping for a 10 if it does. The rooms are spotless and spacious, and the layout is great. We were a family with kids (2+3), the hotel accommodated our requests, and the staff was very courteous. To our surprise mini breakfast, afternoon tea, and evening happy hour with a range of snacks were included in the package. The taste and selection were great. The location was right below BTS Skytrain station and it was very easy to go around including hiring a taxi. Very comfortable room and bed with proper sound insulation and we got really good sleep. Highly recommended.

The staff were very friendly and helpful myself and my family wanted to arrange a car with a driver to take us to all the attractions and they arranged it all and we just had to be at the lobby at the time they said. Clean room and we were upgraded too definitely recommend this hotel if you want some thing close to the city and at a decent price.
